Axiopsychological Design of Life Personality Achievements: Technological Aspect

Abstract

Abstract. Purpose. The purpose of our scientific research is to theoretically analyze the technological aspect of the axiopsychological design of life achievements of the individual. Methods. The research uses methods of conceptual and comparative analysis, including theoretical analysis and synthesis of the provisions of monographic literature, systematization of scientific sources, comparison and generalization of data, abstraction. Results. The study analyzes the technology of axiopsychological design of life achievements of the individual in terms of Ukrainian scientific schools – socio-constructionist and psychological-hermeneutic and areas – psychological-acmeological and cultural-historical, and some author’s works. The possibilities of each of the technologies (and strategies) are outlined. Conclusions. In the context of research of the social-constructionist school, the tech­nologies of optimization of personal life aspirations – semioticization, narrativization and goal-setting technology contribute to structuring and systematizing one’s own future taking into account desired life scenarios, age and long-term efforts to implement life projects. The considered psychotherapeutic strategies of success are directed on formation of realism and self-sufficiency of projects of the future, promote personal growth. In terms of psycho­correction of deformed life demands and resocialization of problem youth are effective special psychotechnologies of transactional analysis and gestalt therapy, NLP, which help to form a productive program of life. Representatives of the school of psychology and hermeneutics prefer discursive technologies aimed at providing the individual with the opportunity to manage their resources, interpret and transform their own lives. Within the psychological and acmeological direction, in order to self-knowledge and develop skills of using acme resources to achieve acme-goal, it is effective to conduct acmeological training. The effectiveness of the technology of designing a way of life in the context of cultural and historical research is that: develops the communicative abilities of the designer; contributes to the development of desirable social roles; stimulates the search for new life strategies to achieve the goal, etc.
