Relaxation Polarization in Hydrogenated GaSe Layered Crystals

The dielectric properties of hydrogenated Gallium Selenide crystals are investigated. It is shown that the frequency dependences of ε' and ε'' permittivity components in HxGaSe have relaxation character and are described by the Cole-Cole distribution.
